Your 12-week plan
Build habits that carry into the season.
Find your foundation.
Start with your athlete’s goals, training experience, and daily routine. Establish a training rhythm and a practical fueling plan with parent input.
Build consistency.
Progress training and work through real-life nutrition challenges: school lunches, after-school snacks, busy evenings, and recovery.
Prepare for what’s next.
Review progress and refine the routines your athlete can bring into practices, competition, and the next stage of training.
Suggested nutrition check-ins: weeks 1, 4, 8, and 12. Parents are welcome to join. The plan focuses on performance, development, and habits—not weight loss.
Your sport. Your season.
An off-season that fits your athlete.
Football, lacrosse, basketball, track and field, and beyond. The starting point is where your athlete is now and when their next season begins.
Share their age, sport, and training background so we can assess fit. Training takes place twice weekly. Start dates and session times are arranged around your athlete’s schedule and availability.

For parents & athletes
A few things to know.
Does my athlete need experience in the gym?
Tell us about their age, experience, and goals when you inquire. Elijah will help determine an appropriate starting point and whether this program is a good fit.
Can this fit around practices or another sport?
Both programs include two training sessions per week. We will discuss existing practices, games, and other commitments to plan a schedule that works. If you’re unsure about availability, book a consultation before enrolling.
What will we work on in nutrition sessions?
Practical food routines for school and training, pre- and post-workout meals and snacks, travel nutrition, hydration, and recovery. Parents can join to help make the plan workable at home.
Can friends or teammates participate?
Yes. Partner coaching is designed for two athletes training together, with individual nutrition sessions for each athlete. Friends or teammates should have compatible training needs and a shared schedule. If you’re unsure about the pairing or still need a partner, feel free to book a consultation or send me an email.
What does the program cost?
The full 12-week private program is $4,850. Partner coaching is $3,200 per athlete ($6,400 for the pair). Both include 24 training sessions, four individual nutrition calls per athlete, a personalized fueling plan, and check-ins. Payment processing is included in the displayed price.
