Questions about virtual coaching
Do I need to be a competitive athlete?
No. Coaching also supports people training recreationally, building strength, working on body composition, or creating more consistent eating habits.
Do I need a DEXA scan?
No. Scans are optional. If you have results, we can use them to inform your goals; we can also track progress through energy, training, strength, and practical measurements.
Can I work with you from my city?
All nutrition appointments are online. Whether you are in San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Honolulu, or elsewhere, share your state and goals so I can confirm availability for your location before you book.
Do you work with teams and young athletes?
Yes. The 12-week youth off-season program combines in-person training in San Francisco with individual virtual nutrition coaching. Team nutrition support includes virtual athlete workshops, parent and coach education, and ongoing support with custom proposals. A parent or guardian is involved in arranging individual care for minors.
