Performance Nutrition for Athletes Who Take Training Seriously
I help athletes fuel smarter, recover better, and perform at a higher level—using evidence-based nutrition, performance testing, and real-world application.
Whether you’re training for competition, building long-term health, or trying to stop guessing with your nutrition, this is where clarity starts.
Nutrition designed to support real training and real performance.
Most athletes work hard.
Yet many guess when it comes to fueling, recovery, and health decisions.
If you’re willing to invest in your performance, you will see and feel the difference.
My approach connects:
your nutrition
your training
your body composition
your bloodwork & testing data
and your genetics (when appropriate)
All to develop a plan that is absolutely personal to you.
By gathering this data we can learn things that may take months or years for others to figure out, getting you to your performance goals faster.
How I Work With Athletes:
I offer personalized nutrition coaching to athletes of all major sports and levels, from youth and collegiate athletes to competitive adults and masters athletes.
Additionally, I collaborate with sports teams and clubs to provide nutrition education through team talks, handouts, fueling programs, and other resources.
In-person testing and support available in San Francisco. Remote coaching is available.
-
Individualized nutrition strategies built around your sport, training load, schedule, and goals—so fueling actually supports how you train and compete, not just how you eat on paper.
-
Guidance rooted in accurate body composition data to help you optimize lean mass, manage body fat, and support long-term health—without relying on scale weight or guesswork.
-
Practical fueling strategies for before, during, and after training and competition—designed to improve performance, speed recovery, and help you show up ready day after day.
-
Clear interpretation of bloodwork and key health markers—such as vitamin D, iron status, and metabolic health—so results actually inform smarter nutrition and training decisions.
-
Evidence-based guidance on supplements, hydration, and travel nutrition—focused on what’s worth using, what’s not, and how to stay consistent when routines change.
The Athlete Journal is a free publication I write for athletes.
Every week, I post a new topic, providing athletes with valuable information on relevant nutrition and performance topics based on my experiences working with athletes and my perspective on concepts or trends I encounter.
If you’re like me, and eager to expand your knowledge, I highly recommend giving it a read.
